B&B Oliveto dei Prischi is about an hour and half north of Rome and 15 minutes from the sea and Lake Bolsena, in the countryside just outside the small town of Canino, famous for its extra-virgin olive oil.

The local area, called the Maremma Laziale offers nature lovers plenty of unspoilt countryside, lakes and coastline, plus great Italian food and wine.
